180g oats 4 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 4 tbsp mini chocolate chips 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional, use 2 tbsp if desired) 1 tbsp. flax seeds (optional, use 2 tbsp if desired) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 300g natural peanut butter 200g honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 tbsp milk
Cooking method
•Blend all ingredients together, use around 6 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
